Cuvée trocken Two Faces, Rheinhessen, Germany

Nose still slightly reductive, mixed berries, meaty animal notes, dried herbs, earthy and very light floral notes. Tart fruit on the palate, nutty, spicy oak, hint of coffee, some cocoa and salty notes, fine sandy tannins, light acid bite, noticeable warm alcohol, dried vegetal and herbaceous tarces in the background, light sooty notes, slightly rustic style, good finish.
