Cloudy, pale yellow with a green tinge. Yeasty, somewhat vegetal and slightly floral nose with citrus aromas and hints of green apple. Slightly smoky and bacony tones in the mouth, lots of yeast, vegetal aromas, a trace of butter in the background, moderate, fine perlage, some persistence, delicately creamy, delicately waxy nuances, quite good finish with a delicate grip.
