Tart, vegetal and still slightly yeasty nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas as well as herbal and mineral nuances. Tart, again very restrained, yet quite firm, bright fruit, vegetal aromas, relatively lively acidity, grippy on the palate, chalky-salty and mushroomy nuances, good to very good finish.
