Tart herbal nose with slightly mushroomy notes, yellow fruity aromas and a little yellow spice. Taut, tangy fruit with herbal-vegetable, slightly yeasty and hints of smoky notes, lively, very slightly lemony acidity, some grip, hints of yellow spice, clear minerality, almondy tones, some depth, very good, tart, firm, grippy finish with bite and peppery traces.
