Quite cool, bright, tart citrus scent with peach notes, planty to herbal aromas, a little reminiscent of verbena, hints of yeast and a certain minerality. Quite taut, again almost cool, bright, juicy fruit, lively acidity, delicate melting and a hint of rock candy sweetness, a touch of tannin, yeasty, floral and very slightly pungent spicy aromas, quite distinct minerality, good to very good finish with bite.
