Slightly cloudy straw yellow. Quite firm, somewhat yellow-spicy and noticeably yeasty, also nutty aroma with yellow-fruity aromas, a little smoke, mushrooms and root vegetables. Firmly woven, tangy fruit, nutty, slightly smoky, yeasty and again rooty tones, some yellow spice on the palate, very slightly tobacco, chalk and salt in the background, also white-peppery nuances, a hint of spring onions and courgettes, ethereal traces, very good, tangy, quite tight finish with bite and grip.
