Herbal-vegetable, bright yellow-fruity aroma with celery notes, a hint of yellow spice, yeasty hints and some minerality. Ripe, restrained, very slightly warm fruit with nutty aromas, some celery and hints of butter, very fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, crumbly tannin, good to very good, tart, very slightly muted finish.
