Cloudy yellow to gold. Floral and somewhat nutty, very delicately buttery aroma with yellow fruity and a little yeasty aromas, a little yellow spice, egg yolk, ethereal nuances and a hint of smoke. Firmly knit, tangy fruit, clearly yeasty, herbal notes, lots of chalk, floral nuances, hints of yellow spice, delicate wood nuances, medium power and a certain melt, persistent, again ethereal on the palate, smoky tones, very good, tart, with air increasingly juicy finish with grip.
