Cloudy gold. Yeasty, somewhat nutty and clearly vegetal aroma with tart yellow fruity aromas, a little leek and herbs. Clear, fine-juicy, cool, tart fruit, again vegetal and nutty yeasty aromas, fine acidity, lots of grip of friable tannin, persistent, light minerality in the background, some depth, very good to long, firm, tart-juicy, mineral and a little celery-like-vegetable finish
