Translate to English Relativ kühler, hell-nussiger und ein wenig getrocknet-kräuteriger Kernobstduft mit einem Hauch Salbei, Sellerie, Spargel, zart floralen Tönen und an braune Butter erinnernden Nuancen. Reife Frucht mit leicht süßlichem Schmelz und etwas Exotik, recht präsente Säure, im Hintergrund Pilze, Speck und hell-holzige Noten, hat etwas Griff, salzig-mineralische Töne, etwas gedeckter Abgang mit zitronigen Noten.
