Light nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, dried herbs, touch of oak, pomaceous and stone fruit, some brown butter and sage, hint of mushrooms and bacon, touch of asparagus. Ripe, tart, fairly polished fruit on the palate, prominent notes of marzipan, slightly creamy, light oaky traces, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, ripe tannins provide some grip, salty mineral notes, slightly muted with a bitter touch, good to very good fini8sh.
