Prominent vegetal and light yeasty notes on the nose, ripe yellow fruit, light mineral and smoky notes. Clear, tart, tranquil, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, delicate hint of bacon, good substance and persistence, light earthy and chalky mineral notes in the background, some depth, integrated tannins provide delicate grip, floral traces on a good to very good finish.
