Slightly muted nose, nutty notes, hint of bacon and mushrooms, ripe yellow fruit aromas, vegetal traces, hint of tobacco. Slightly creamy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, touch of brown butter, elegant, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, bacon, mushrooms and green nuts in the background, very light tannic grip, earthy and salty notes, slightly sweetish and creamy again on a good to very good finish.
