Fairly cool, firm nose, nutty and prominentz vegetal notes, dried herns, smoky traces, partly preserved yellow fruit, hint of bacon and mushrooms, peppery and buttery traces. Slightly creamy and warm citrus fruit on the palate, herbaceous and delicate floral traces, elegant, lively acidity, light oak, some celery and beet root, light, well-integrated tannins, good substance and persistence, light and dark mineral notes, very slightly rustic style, slightly warm on a good to very good finish.
