Somewhat developed, slightly warm, clearly vegetal and hints of tobacco on the nose with yellow fruity, earthy and nutty tones. Ripe, somewhat melting fruit, vegetable and earthy tones, fine acidity, hints of tannin, nutty notes, slightly bitter on the palate, already noticeably developed, clear minerality in the background, a little radicchio, certain melting, very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Nussiger und kräuteriger Duft nach reifem Kernobst mit zart floralen Aromen, leicht holzigen Spuren, angedeutet Speck und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, etwas warme und schmelzige, auch leicht süßliche Frucht, nussige und zart rauchige holzige Anklänge, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und mürber, jugendlicher Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, hat Kraft, pfeffrige und auch salzige Töne, ein Hauch Kandis und heller Tabak, vegetabile Aromen, sehr guter Abgang mit süßlichem Schmelz, aber auch Griff.
