Translate to English Hefiger, leicht gedeckter, mit Luft zunehmend feiner Duft nach Kernobst mit vegetabilen, an Heu und welke Blüten erinnernden Aromen. Relativ saftige Frucht im Mund, pflanzliche und zart bitterliche nussige Töne, lebendige Säure, noch eine Spur antrocknend am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Mineralik, leicht und erdig, legt auch am Gaumen mit Luft zu, guter Abgang. Hat mit herkömmlichen Bacchus nur den Namen gemein.
