2020 Wiesenbronn Wachhügel Silvaner, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Relatively cool, lightly nutty, somewhat planty and delicately floral core and stone fruit scent with a hint of melon and clearly yeasty notes. Youthful, fresh fruit with a noticeable acid bite, certain persistence, in the background again a trace of yeast, pepper and red berries, implied tannin and at the same time very delicate, sweet melting, some salt in the good finish.
