2022 Weißburgunder trocken "Aus der Gewanne Strohlenberg", Pfalz, Germany

Slightly nutty and a hint of smoky aroma of ripe citrus fruit and some stone fruit with herbal notes and a hint of dark berries. Quite juicy, ripe citrus fruit, again with stone fruit notes as well as smoky and nutty flavours, lively acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, certain warmth, melting and moderate sweetness, good persistence, has power, buttery nuances, a little yellow spice, chalky and salty minerality, very good finish with warm, sweetish fruit, sandy tannin, herbs, nougat and again yellow spice.
