A hint of herbaceous and smoky aroma with fine, light, almost cool yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, some dark berries and quite clear minerality. Quite juicy, not quite dry yellow fruit with herbal-vegetable, yeasty and hints of smoky notes, yellow spice on the palate, hints of buttery tones and fennel, fine acidity and some grip, yet very slightly softening in the contours, good persistence and substance, hints of black berries, also relatively dark minerality, good to very good, sweetish finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
