Cool, clear, bright citrus nose with some apple and fresh herbal nuances. Bright, relatively slender fruit with lively, very fine acidity and some carbonation, yeasty, nutty and moderately vegetal to herbal flavours, good persistence, some salt in the background, good to very good, quite fresh finish.
