Relatively tart, somewhat nutty and a touch buttery aroma with vegetal and warm yellow fruity aromas, moderate barrel notes as well as a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, soft, melting and somewhat buttery-caramel fruit, moderate acidity, some grip, vanilla wood notes on the palate, some warmth and power, good persistence, smoky and mushroomy nuances, very good, again warm and quite soft finish with salt notes.
