Brut "resolut Rosé", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Delicately smoky, nutty and tobacco aroma with yeasty notes, some stone fruit and hints of dark berries as well as a little dried mushrooms. Slightly sweet, partly candied and dried fruit with nutty and smoky aromas, certain warmth, slightly flowing contours, tobacco nuances on the palate, dried mushrooms again, plus some nut butter, restrained, fine mousseux, a hint of salt, good to very good, relatively juicy finish with nutty spice.
