Brut "resolut Rosé", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, somewhat yeasty, herbal and nutty citrus nose with red berry and mushroom nuances. Relatively tightly knit fruit with yeasty, nutty and slightly smoky notes, fine mousseux, grip of ripe tannin, tobacco and mushroom notes on the palate, some power, good persistence, some warmth, a touch of salt, delicately sweet melting, vegetal hints, very good finish.
