Nutty, herbal-vegetable and yeasty pome fruit scent with a hint of dark berries and tobacco. Ripe, slightly warm, rather calm fruit, nutty and hints of tobacco, restrained yeasty aromas, moderate, fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, has substance and melting, also some grip, bone-dry style, dried Mediterranean herbs in the background, good to very good finish.
