Brut Nature "la grande Rosé", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clearly yeasty, nutty and a little tobacco aroma with restrained yellow and a little black fruit aromas, vegetal notes and dried mushrooms. Quite dry, somewhat melting and slightly warm fruit with nutty, smoky and tobacco notes, dried mushrooms again on the palate, delicate grip and some melting, floral nuances, a hint of salmiac, moderate, fine mousseux, buttery hints, a touch of salt, very good, hinted waxy finish.
