2017 Sylvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Relatively cool, tightly woven, nutty and slightly mushroomy scent of ripe yellow fruits with dried herbal hints and some bacon. Ripe, fine-juicy fruit with delicately creamy, a hint of black berries as well as nuances reminiscent of medicinal herbs and pepper, lively acidity, light tannic grip, hints of nut butter, some power, a hint of salt and chalk on the very good finish.
