Translate to English Recht fester, herber, kräuterig-pflanzlicher und einen Hauch zwiebeliger Duft mit erdigen, leicht pfeffrigen, kalkigen und verhalten gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Leicht süßlich-verschwommene Frucht im Mund, erdige und wieder auch zwiebelige Töne, sehr feine Säure, ein wenig antrocknender Gerbstoff am Gaumen, viel Karamell und Kandis, pfeffrige Nuancen und wieder kalkige Mineralik, kühle minzige und an Eukalyptus erinnernde Aromen, aber auch wärmender Alkohol, der Zucker verwischt ein wenig die Konturen, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
