Tart, firm, fine-vegetable nose, particularly reminiscent of parsley and parsley root, with rather cool, clear yellow-fruity notes and a hint of mussels. Tart, rather restrained, slightly muted yellow fruit, clearly root vegetables on the palate, chalky-earthy tones, a hint of citrus peel, a little tannin, chalky-salty mineral tones in the background, hints of white pepper, good persistence, very good, still very slightly muted and drying finish.
