Restrained, somewhat vegetal and nutty nose with pomaceous fruit and citrus notes, hint of yeast and floral traces. Clear, quite juicy, not completely dry fruit, nutty and a hint of buttery flavours, fine acidity and light grip, vegetal nuances, certain persistence, mineral notes, good to very good, still a hint of drying finish.
