Vegetal and slightly earthy nose, partly preserved mixed berries with mushroomy notes and a hint of root vegetables. Tart fruit with smoky and somewhat bitter-roasted oak notes, present, somewhat drying, sandy tannins, earthy, mushroomy and bacon flavours, root vegetables again, medium strength, quite clearly salty in the background, only remains somewhat brittle on the finish.
