Nutty pome fruit scent with vegetal to herbal aromas, hints of yeast and floral nuances. Quite dry, restrained fruit, minty tones, nutty and hints of light woody notes, a hint of protein, smoky traces, suitable acidity, a little drying tannin, still undeveloped, certain warmth, good to very good finish.
