Tart, clearly dried vegetal nose reminiscent of root vegetables with restrained yellow fruity aromas. Slightly sweet fruit with notes of candy, herbal and again also vegetable tones, a hint of pepper, suitable acidity, mineral hints in the background, floral and black berry nuances, good finish.
