Bright, restrained yellow-fruity nose with white-vegetable and herbal nuances and chalky tones. Bright fruit also in the mouth, slightly sweetish, a little celery on the palate, candy notes, a hint of pepper and some minerality, lively acidity, floral traces, hints of parsley in the background, good, sweet finish with some acid bite and a hint of wine gum.
