Somewhat peppery, leathery and tobacco-like aroma of more dark than red berries with almondy, nutty and slightly vegetal notes as well as a hint of meat juice. Straightforward, juicy fruit with some roasted and nutty wood tones, lively acidity, sandy tannins, a certain persistence, sour cherry in the background and tobacco again, hints of ivy on a good to very good finish.
