Clear, polished aroma of ripe black berries with herbaceous nuances and a little sour cherry and paprika. Straightforward, tart, cool, quite juicy fruit, present, yet fine tannins, somewhat smoky to bacony on the palate, also dark, roasted wood notes, persistent, with a fine acid bite and cooling mineral tones, quite elegant style, a little coffee, pepper and dark chocolate, still very slightly drying on the very good finish.

Best to drink: 2025-2031+. What our ratings mean
