Tart, quite polished and rather cool nose, light smoky, nutty and tobacco notes, mixed berries and some cherries, light cedary and peppery notes, hint of leather and grilled vegetables. Polished, tightly knit, tart and juicy fruit with slightly dark berry flavours, some vanilla, smoky and spicy wood notes as well as hints of ash, lively acidity, fine sandy, still very slightly drying tannins, good persistence, a certain depth, earthy and clearly salty tones, very good, grippy finish with bite.
