Clear, polished aroma of black berries and a little cherry with minty tones and a hint of paprika. Polished, tart, cool fruit, some acid bite and fine, youthful tannin, good persistence, herbal to herbal nuances, salt in the background, rather cool character despite the relatively high alcohol, very restrained barrel tones, quite elegant style, very good, tight, tart finish with bite.
