Clear, quite fresh aroma of predominantly red berries and a little cherry with almondy and very slightly herbal nuances. Clear, fine-juicy, relatively cool fruit, very fine tannin and some acidity, smoky, nutty and moderately woody tones, hints of pepper and herbs, good persistence, chalky-salty minerality, some depth, very good, taut, tangy finish with moderate woody spice. First-class Trollinger.
