Fairly shy cool nose, touch of white pepper, green citrus fruit and Granny Smith apples, white currants, touch of white earthy notes. Bone dry, firm, fairly tart fruit on the palate, white pepper, radicchio and juniper berrie, fairly prominent acidity, light tannic touch, cool mineral and herbaceous notes in the background, persistent, polished, clear contours, good to very good finish.
