Fairly polished cool nose, some depth, herbaceous and earthy notes, moderate spicy oak, restrained citrus fruit and green pomaceous fruit, yellow spice and gooseberries. Fairly polished, juicy fruit on the palate, very yeasty, black pepper, toasted nutty aromas, some camphor and rosemary in the background, slightly lemony acidity, light oak with a touch of astringent tannins, still young and quite compact, very good finish.
