Firm nose, yeasty and nutty notes, ripe, fairly mature pomaceous fruit, light oak, delicate hint of melon, yellow floral traces. Tart fruit on the palate, prominent nutty oak, light yeasty notes, smoky traces, noticeable salty notes, elegant vegetal traces, fairly polished acidity, tannins still very slightly astringent, good persistence and substance, still fairly closed, very good, fairly tart finish.
