2014 Korb Sommerhalde Zweigelt trocken Goldadler, Württemberg, Germany

Clear, polished, tart nose, light spicy oak, hint of tobacco, cool cherry fruit and red berries, herbaceous, floral and mineral traces. Youthful, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, light acid bite, fine tannins still fairly prominent, yeasty aromas, nutty oak, hint of tobacco again, persistent, firm structure, herbaceous and delicate spicy notes in the background, salty mineral notes, some bite, elegant and juicy on a very good finish. Still needs some time to mature.
