2014 Korb Berg Lemberger trocken Goldadler, Württemberg, Germany

Fairly tart nose, red and black berries, earthy, dried vegetal and very light earthy aromas. Quite tart again on the palate, predominantly dark fruit, some earthy notes and old oak, fairly prominent acidity, slightly astringent tannins, good substance, quite persistent, smoky traces, some more dried vegetal notes, slightly brittle, light salty traces in the background, some bite on a good, tart, astringent finish.
