Am Gaumen beinahe straff, trockene Frucht, Apfel- und Orangenzesten, dazu leicht kräuterig, Rückgrat gebende, eingebundene Süre, ein klein wenig eckig und uncharmant, hat einige Substanz, mineralischer Hintergrund, braucht noch etwas Zeit, leicht bitterlich im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
