Translate to English Klares Gelb mit wenig anhaltender Perlage. Zurückhaltender, würziger Duft von eingemachten und angetrockneten Äpfeln. Trockene, hefig-würzige Frucht, fülliger Stil mit zurückhaltendem Mousseux, Holzaromen am Gaumen, recht gute Nachhaltigkeit, ungewöhnlich kräftiger Körper, sehr würziger Abgang. Ziemliches Kaliber für einen Sekt. Fans dieses Stils bewerten den Wein sicher höher.
