Somewhat yeasty, nutty and smoky aroma with restrained, light yellow fruity notes, vegetable and vegetal hints and a hint of bacon in the background. Slender, tart, cool, finely juicy fruit, lively, very fine acidity, yeasty and vegetal notes, nutty traces, quite distinctly salty, good persistence, very delicate mellowness, good to very good, cool, tart, finely juicy finish.
