Clear, firm, polished nose with restrained yellow-fruity and fine nutty aromas, vegetal traces, hints of mushrooms and smoke. Finely juicy, cool, tart, very delicately melting fruit, very fine, polished acidity, yeasty and mineral notes, fine vegetal tones in the background, hints of green olives, persistent, elegant, still a hint reductive, very good, quite firm finish.
