Nutty, yeasty and a hint of floral aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, hint of smoke and tart vegetal to herbaceous and mineral notes. Quite firm, restrained, clear fruit with nutty, slightly herbaceous and floral notes, hint of bacon on the palate, tobacco traces, delicate grip, very fine acidity, moderate mellowness, distinct minerality, a hint of ash on a very good, tart finish.
