Firm, still slightly closed, nutty and a hint of yeasty aroma with pome fruit and citrus flavours as well as vegetal and floral nuances. Polished, finely juicy, ripe, yet cool fruit, very fine, lively acidity, nutty, hints of buttery and delicately yeasty flavours, fresh planty nuances, chalky and salty tones in the background, a hint of white pepper, a certain depth, restrained barrel tones, very good, firm finish.
