Still undeveloped, firm and quite deep aroma of ripe pomaceous fruit with citrus flavours with clear, fine nutty aromas, a little smoke, hints of spack and relatively light barrel tones. Firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit, very fine, marbling acidity, clearly nutty and slightly planty flavours, a hint of chanterelles, some butter on the palate, dense and persistent, certain depth, mineral foundation, a little yellow spice, still undeveloped, firm, tart-juicy and spicy finish with planty, smoky, nutty and mineral tones.
